Every first Wednesday of the month following the evening Mass (which is offered for the Counci) the knights prepare a themed dinner for all who have attended Mass. The themes have included Mexican, Italian (and even an ham dinner)! The knights have garnered rave reviews about the quality and quantity of the food served.
