The Frassati fish fry, an annual Lenten event hosted by the Frassati Knights, is undoubtedly a highly anticipated event. In addtion to the Frassat parishioners the Fish Fry draws diners from throughout the Carolina Forest neighborhood and beyond. Rain or shine the knights serve hundreds of meals every Friday during Lent.
